Stepping into Rio, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for families seeking a peaceful retreat. The accommodating staff, though not fluent in English, made every effort to assist us with genuine care. Our youngest, a spirited five-year-old, was delighted by the ample breakfast selection, especially the delectable desserts that brought a touch of sweetness to our mornings. As a cultural anthropologist from Brazil, the hotel's emphasis on local Afro-Brazilian heritage resonated deeply with me. It was heartwarming to see our traditions celebrated in such a thoughtful manner, creating a sense of connection and belonging for all guests. The convenient location, just a stone's throw from the stunning beach, allowed us to easily explore the vibrant surroundings, immersing ourselves in the rich tapestry of Brazilian culture.In essence, Rio proved to be more than just a place to stay; it was a hub of inclusivity and charm, making it a memorable haven for families seeking a genuine cultural experience.
